1. Moors World of Sport Group Limited (“Company”) provides this promotion with the understanding that you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. This promotion is available for all registered customers from Zambia during the promotional period defined by the Company.
3. The Loyalty Bonus applies only to Sports betting (pre-match and live). Virtual Sports and Casino bets are excluded.
4. Net losses are calculated as: Total weekly stakes minus total weekly winnings, based on Monday 00:01 – Sunday 23:59.
5. Players will receive up to 10% refund of weekly net losses in FreeBets every Monday.
6. A minimum stake threshold may apply as per Company discretion.
7. A maximum FreeBet refund applies per user, based on the following levels:

1. Only settled bets qualify. Cashed-out or voided bets are excluded.
2. FreeBets will be credited within 72 hours after each weekly cycle ends.
3. The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.
4. Participation may be refused if irregular betting or promotional abuse is detected.
5. All relevant general gaming rules of the Company apply.

FreeBet Terms & Conditions

1. FreeBet must be used as a single bet.
2. FreeBet stake is not returned — only winnings are credited.
3. FreeBet is valid for 3 days from the time of credit.
4. FreeBet cannot be exchanged, transferred, or withdrawn.
5. FreeBet must be placed on sports with minimum 3 selections, odds 1.3+ per selection.
